RibCrib is an Oklahoma-based restaurant specializing in hickory-smoked barbecue and smoked meats in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. This common barbecue recipe is a slow smoked rib, but RibCrib also serves a full menu of traditional sides and sandwiches.

Consumer Reports 2016 Winter Survey named RibCrib among the nationally best for taste and quality of food, menu variety, value, service and atmosphere.

Histori

In 1992, Bret Chandler opened the first RibCrib in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a smoker, a shack, and a recipe for barbecue. Finally, Bret and Cory fall and Cory leaves. In the hut, the old house reorganized, Bret offered a choice of five meats with two side choices. He continues to refine his recipe by competing in barbecue competitions and learning from fellow pitmasters. Within five years, RibCrib expanded to six units. In 2017, RibCrib smokes barbecue on-site every day in more than 60 locations in eight states.

In June 2005, RibCrib was on the list of the top 50 "growth chains" of the Business Restaurant magazine. RibCrib had a 25% increase in sales in 2004 and planned a joint venture with KFC. This business takes place in Marshfield, Missouri, promoting that barbecue and fried chicken will succeed.

In 2006 RibCrib was listed as one of the best places to work by Chain Leader magazine, partly because of cash incentives for workers.
