Wix.com Ltd. is Israel's cloud-based web development platform first developed and popularized by Israeli companies also called Wix. In response, Avishai Abrahami, CEO of Wix, publishes answers that explain which open source code is used and how Wix collaborates with the open source community. However, it was later noted that collaboration with the open source community was not sufficient under the terms of the GPL license, which required any code built on GPL licensed code to be released under the same license.
