Philanthropy
Kaufman created the Fanatic Change Foundation , a local charity looking for needy families and collecting donations through fundraising events.
The foundation raised money by sponsoring a direct fundraiser to a needy family. The Foundation is a zero-overhead organization and provides 100% of the money raised to the family in the form of goods and services. By 2012, the organization has raised nearly $ 400,000 in donations. Zeus Mortgage is the sponsor of the Foundation, and Kaufman remains its president.
