History
Nueske's was founded in the Great Depression when R.C. Nueske started selling meat using family recipes. Nueske started marketing bacon, sausage, ham, and smoked turkey from a panel truck at a small resort in northern Wisconsin. In 1996 the company offered 30 products including spiral-sliced ââham, smoked turkey, mettwurst, smoked pork, and 'n' beef burgers, while its bacon core products continued to sell more of the other products combined about two to one. In 2000 the company operated by two Nueske brothers, Robert D. and James A. Jim Nueske helped expand the distribution nationwide, and international sales in Russia and Eastern Europe have begun.
